A top-to-bottom reset for your whole home.
Deep cleans are how we hit the spots no regular cleaning reaches — baseboards, grout lines, ceiling fans, vents, inside appliances and every overlooked corner.
Deep cleans are a once- or twice-a-year service most South Florida homes need. Salt air, humidity and pollen build up in places you never see — vents, baseboards, behind appliances, deep in shower grout. Our deep clean is methodical: top to bottom, left to right, with a checklist and a final walkthrough so nothing gets missed.
We've been doing this since 2010, starting as a small family-owned crew in Boca Raton and growing to 15+ insured cleaners who've now worked in 500+ South Florida homes. A deep clean is different from a regular visit in scope, not just effort: we're moving furniture where it's safe to, opening cabinet doors, getting inside the oven, and scrubbing grout lines that a weekly or bi-weekly visit isn't built to reach. It's the reset that makes ongoing maintenance actually work.
We're licensed in Florida and carry general liability and bonding insurance, with a certificate of insurance (COI) available if your condo association needs one before the team arrives. All work uses eco-friendly, EPA-registered products that are safe around pets and kids, or we'll use your own products if you'd rather.

How a visit actually works
A deep clean starts with a quick walkthrough to flag anything fragile or off-limits, then the team works section by section — top of a room down to the floor, one area fully finished before moving to the next. That order matters: dusting a ceiling fan after the floors are done just creates more work.
Timing depends on the home. A 2-bedroom condo runs about 4-5 hours with two cleaners; a 4-bedroom single-family home runs 6-8 hours with three. Larger or heavily lived-in homes, or ones that haven't had professional attention in over a year, can run longer. We'll give you a realistic window when we quote the job, not just a best-case number.
Most clients aren't home for the visit, which is fine — tell us how you'd like the team to get in, whether a lockbox, garage code or building sign-in. Condo buildings across Boca Raton, West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale often have their own vendor procedures, and our crews are used to them.
How often should you book
Most South Florida homes do well with a deep clean every 3 to 6 months, layered on top of regular residential visits. A few situations call for booking one sooner:
- Starting recurring service on a home that hasn't had professional cleaning in a while, so the maintenance visits have a real baseline to work from
- Before or after hurricane season, when storm shutters, closed windows and stagnant air let dust and mildew build up fast
- At the end of love bug and pollen season each spring and fall, when screens and sills take the worst of it
- Before hosting, listing a home for sale, or welcoming snowbird family back for the season
If you already book weekly or bi-weekly residential cleaning, a deep clean once or twice a year is usually all it takes to stay ahead of what daily living misses.
What it costs and what moves the price
Deep cleaning starts from $295 and scales with square footage, number of bathrooms, and how long it's been since the last professional cleaning — a home that's never had one takes longer than a home getting its routine seasonal reset. See our pricing page for a full breakdown, or call or WhatsApp us for an exact quote. If you're setting up recurring residential cleaning afterward, ask about combining the two — recurring clients save 10-20% versus one-time visits.
Popular add-ons
Inside cabinets, garage floors, screened porch or lanai, interior windows, and pressure-washed lanai or pool deck — all common requests given how much time South Florida living happens outdoors. If you're moving out entirely, our move-in/move-out cleaning builds cabinet and appliance interiors in as standard rather than an add-on. Homes with stained carpet or upholstery should also look at carpet & upholstery cleaning.
