GranMarquez has cleaned after over 120 South Florida renovation and new-build projects — single-family homes, condos, restaurants, medical buildouts. We coordinate with your GC’s timeline, work in two passes (rough + final), and leave the property photo-ready.

When in the timeline should we book you?

Most GCs book us twice: a rough clean after framing/drywall and a final clean after punch list. We’ll work with your schedule and re-confirm 48 hours out.

Do you handle hazardous materials?

No — we’re a finishing cleaning service, not abatement. We can recommend partners for asbestos, mold or lead remediation if needed.

How is post-construction priced?

Per square foot, by phase, with a minimum project size. We’ll quote after a site visit or photos / floor plan.
