We started in Boca Raton in 2010 as a small, family-owned crew and grew to 15+ insured cleaners serving 500+ homes across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade. South Florida homes take a beating: year-round humidity feeds mold and mildew in grout and shower corners, salt air films up coastal windows, and love-bug season grays out sills and screens fast. Regular cleaning here is maintenance, not just tidying.

We're licensed in Florida and carry general liability and bonding insurance, and we'll send a certificate of insurance (COI) if your association requires one. Whether it's a condo in Delray Beach or a house in Wellington, the approach is the same: a real checklist, the same faces at your door, and products safe for people, pets and tile or terrazzo floors.

How a visit actually works

First visits run longer than recurring ones because we're learning your home. We walk through with you (or by phone) to flag anything fragile, off-limits, or needing special care. From there we work room by room off a checklist so nothing gets skipped, even on a busy day.

Plenty of clients aren't home during the cleaning — just tell us how you'd like us in, whether a lockbox, garage code, or doorman sign-in.

Once you're on a recurring schedule, the same team returns each time, meaning faster, more consistent visits. A 2-bedroom condo runs about 4-5 hours with two cleaners on a first or deep visit; a 4-bedroom home runs 6-8 hours with three. Recurring maintenance visits are typically shorter.

How often should you book

Weekly — households with kids, multiple pets, or allergy sensitivity, and the easiest way to stay ahead of humidity-driven bathroom mildew.
Bi-weekly — the sweet spot for most South Florida homes: enough to control dust and pet hair, spaced out enough to be budget-friendly.
Monthly — popular with snowbirds and second-home owners here only part of the year.

Residential cleaning starts from $135 per visit for a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home, scaling with square footage and frequency. If it's been a while since a professional cleaning, we'll often suggest starting with a deep cleaning (from $295) to reset baseboards, grout and vents, then maintaining that baseline with regular residential visits.

Do you bring supplies?

Yes — we arrive fully stocked with eco-friendly, EPA-registered products plus pro-grade vacuums and microfibers. Prefer your own brand or have allergies? Just leave them out and we’ll use them instead.

Can you accommodate pets?

Absolutely. Tell us their names. Our products are pet-safe, and we’ll close doors or follow your routine if anyone gets nervous around vacuums.
